Simone began to play at the age of 15. He
soon realized his true passion and he was grasped, never to
be abandoned, by his instrument. He began learning how to
play guitar with a friend and then he continued with the methods
of great guitarists like John Petrucci and Steve Vai... not
only was he influenzed by them... but also inspired!!! Where
he first used to play were progressive-rock bands. There he
developed his techiniques! When 19-years old Simone left his
town and moved to Milan where he is still attending to university.
For three years he played as a session man being involved
in many live-shows until he met Lele. Simone was immediately
grasped by the uniqueness of the sound....the power of a 7-string
guitar combined with the softness of the flute and great acustic
guitar solos! So he joined Lunae! At the moment Simone is
involved in other musical projects, the cover band “12
Ore” and the Primus tribute band “Los Bastardos”.
